He began his undergraduate education in the faculty of management at Ortadoğu Technical University and graduated from Marketing in the faculty of management at Istanbul University. While he was in master's and doctoral study, he was working as a research assistant in the accounting-auditing department in the faculty of management at Istanbul University. He wrote a thesis about budget in master’s degree.
He began his career as a Budget Specialist and External Trade chief in E.C.A. Elginkan Holding. After three years, he worked in Levent Textile Ind. and Comm. Inc. as Central Office Manager for two years. Then, he served as Material Manager, Group Budget Coordinator, Group Organization & Method Coordinator and Consultant of Management Systems in Ülker Food Ind. and Comm. Inc. from 1988 to 1993.
Through his professional career between 1983-1993, he concluded projects such as reorganization, departmental organization, establishing and running a budget control system, preparing regulations, management of the import-export department, planning of material need, establishing stock control system, creating an account plan and revision of it, preparing export and investment incentive feasibility reports, application and concluding, management training and guiding, establishing and organization management system according to goals, production development.
Süleyman Erdemir founded DD Dynamics for Development Management Centre that serves in the fields of Training, Human Resources and Management Consultancy, in July 1993. Erdemir still continues to work as Management Consultant and Chairman of the Board of Directors in DD Dynamics for Development Management Centre.
From the day he founded the corporation, he has been working in management consultancy and guidance as a group leader or personally, and assisting hundreds of corporations that serve in various sectors in the Private Sector, Civil Society, and Public, about corporate development, family coaching, management of generational transition in family businesses, management analysis and audit, change management, management strategies, guidance to members of founders and board of directors, actively contributing to the operability of the boards.
He has published interviews and articles in various magazines and newspapers about the subjects that are mentioned above. Besides, he is being a participant in public and in-organization seminars about the business world and giving conferences in Universities and Non-Governmental Organizations.
Erdemir, was born in 1957 and is married. Also, he knows Arabic and English.

Ahmet Nedim Erdemir, after graduating from Kartal Anatolian Imam-Hatip High School in 2003, completed Business Administration and International Relations at the same time with an honor degree in Bilgi University. While he was studying at Bilgi University he was the group leader in the projects “European Union Youth Empowerment & Cultural Solidarity Project” and “Preventing Corruption in Corporations Video Conference” and participated in international projects like “Model United Nations” that was organized by United Nations in New York.
After finishing his undergraduate degree, he did his International Business Master’s Degree at Sydney Macquarie University which is one of the best universities in Australia and the world. Whilst he was abroad aside from participating Global Leadership Programme at Macquarie University, he led Process Development Project as an Exchange Intern in an Advertisement & Marketing firm named The Mania Group in Sydney.
While he was still studying, he was working part-time in DD Dynamics for Development Management Centre in the fields of project, institutional communication, human resources. Moreover, he was personally in charge of information systems and research and development helping the processes of our corporation to be digitalized.
Ahmet Nedim Erdemir, worked as Project Coordinator between December 2009 and May 2013. He was responsible for organization-method, establishing and developing management systems, coordinating human resources and institutional training projects, developing new business fields and information systems, and service infrastructure. He was assigned to the general manager role by the board of directors on July 1, 2013. After that aside from his existing duties, he has been managing institutional communication, administrative affairs, accounting, and finance.
Within the Corporate Development Consultancy, he has expertise in the fields of Organizational Development, Process Management and Standardization, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, ERP Selection and Project Coordination, Compensation Management and Budget Management. He has served as a corporate development project consultant for more than 20 companies that are in production, service, finance, private society sectors. Besides, he is personally in charge of the senior manager appointment (GM, DGM, etc.) project.
Ahmet Nedim Erdemir was born in 1985, is married, and father of a child. Also, he is very well spoken at English language.
